Probe Facilities Receive Highest Certification for Quality
In the oil and gas industry, talk of quality and reliability often takes the forefront in public discussion. It’s easy to see why—the true cost when products and services fail to perform can be staggering. For us though, commitment to quality and reliability isn’t just one of the things we aim for—its why we exist at all. Like many other industries—our industry is judged by a single bedrock standard from the International Organization for Standardization: the ISO 9001:2015. Earning this certification is recognized worldwide as a powerful indicator of an organization’s ability to consistently and continually improve the delivery of products and services that meet the high expectations of end users.
That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that all four of our production facilities are now certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards. The previous standard, the ISO 9001:2008, was updated by the ISO in 2015, and organizations were given three years to demonstrate conformance to the new standards. Our team worked hard and set aggressive targets to complete this certification process well before the deadline, and we’re very proud of their dedication and their focus on meeting customer needs.
For us, it starts—and ends—with our customers. As we continue to design and deliver cutting-edge logging and reservoir analysis technologies, we’ll keep working to ensure that everything we produce and provide is to a consistently high standard and fit for purpose.
