Successful Week at ADIPEC 2016

Amidst the news of the imminent deployment of Probe's iSet™ Non-Explosive Electro-Hydraulic Setting Tool in the Middle East region, multiple customers and interested parties visited Probe in Hall #4, Booth 4110. Following wide adoption by service companies in the North Sea, Continental Europe and West Africa since its launch in Spring 2015, the iSet has arrived in the Middle East, and will be used for the first time in the region. Service companies are expressing growing interest in running demonstration jobs for operators in the region. “Unlike traditional setting tools, the iSet doesn’t require explosive setting charges,” said Neil Duncan, Regional Manager-MENA & Asia for Probe. “We expect to see high adoption rates in the Middle East.” Probe has been in the news on various publications this week: World Oil magazine http://www.worldoil.com/news/2016/11/7/electro-hydraulic-setting-tool-to-perform-its-first-operation-in-the-middle-east JWN Energy - oil & gas news http://www.jwnenergy.com/article/2016/11/probe-electro-hydraulic-setting-tool-cyclops-touchscreen-technology-facilitates-safer-operations/ Scandinavian Oil & Gas magazine http://www.scandoil.com/moxie-bm2/news/electro-hydraulic-setting-tool-from-probe-facilita.shtml Oilfield Technology magazine https://www.energyglobal.com/upstream/product-news/08112016/electro-hydraulic-setting-tool-from-probe-facilitates-safer-operations/ Oil & Gas Product News magazine http://www.oilandgasproductnews.com/article/24704/safer-operations-with-electro-hydraulic-setting-tool
