Probe Holdings Inc. Announces Management Change

HOUSTON, TX, November 9th, 2012 – Maarten Propper, President and Chief Executive Officer of Probe Holdings, Inc. has resigned, effective November 2012. Maarten Propper joined the Company in 2009, at a time when Probe was embarking upon a journey to expand its platform from being well-known and recognized within the industry for engineering and manufacturing logging tools, to becoming a global leader for providing a broad range of downhole measurement systems across the energy industry. The Board would like to thank Maarten for his leadership and contributions at Probe. He has overseen the company's expansion to a global geographic structure, and has successfully grown Probe’s product offering through several well-executed acquisitions.
